A total of eight separate, 36 m² apartments are available, air-conditioned according to the season, each with its own bathroom and WC, featuring a double bed or separate beds, a sofa bed for extra guests, TV, armchair, table, and chairs.

Among the apartments, the four ground-floor units are equipped with well-furnished kitchenettes.

On the ground floor, there are four air-conditioned, 36 m² apartments accommodating up to four guests each. Each apartment features a kitchenette, bathroom, WC, either a double bed or separate beds, and a sofa bed for extra guests. One of the ground-floor apartments is specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility, with an accessible washroom/shower.

On the upper floor, there are four air-conditioned attic apartments, each 36 m², accommodating four people. Each apartment has a bathroom, WC, a double bed or separate beds, and a sofa bed for extra guests. The upper floor also features a shared, fully equipped large kitchen and a common lounge area.
